An alumnus of Rutgers University with a BA in economics, Robert M. Ryerson commenced his career as a stockbroker at Shearson Lehman American Express in 1984. Now operating as an independent Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF), Robert M. Moreover, he soon expects to publish a book on the subject written in collaboration with his colleague, Louis Terroro, and with contributions from the deceased Michael Mangini. His previous publications include What You Don't Know about Retirement Will Hurt You. He also teaches retirement planning courses at universities and colleges across New Jersey, covering topics ranging from new tax laws to planning for health care expenses and risks.

In his leisure time, Mr. Ryerson enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and traveling. He particularly appreciated visiting Ecuador where he would eventually like to establish an office.
