Robert Novotny works with defense agencies in United States to oversee Active Duty, government civilian, union and contract employees using his expertise in operations and logistics, operational test and emerging technologies, to development and acquisition.

Robert has more than 15 years of professional working experience and he holds Masters degree in national Security Strategy from National Defense University and Master in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.

He worked with United States Air Force as Commander, Brigadier General and Deputy Director to develop and direct acquisition requirements for all Air Combat Command fighter, rescue, command and control, weapons and the intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance portfolios.
