Robert Novotny works with defense agencies in the United States to oversee active duty, government civilian, union, and contract employees using his expertise in operations and logistics, operational tests, emerging technologies, and acquisition.

Robert has more than 15 years of professional working experience and he holds a Master of Arts in National Security Strategy from National Defense University and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.

He worked with the United States Air Force as a Commander, Brigadier General, and Deputy Director to develop and direct acquisition requirements for all Air Combat Command fighter, rescue, command and control, weapons, and intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance portfolios.

Prior to his current work as President of Skyracer Consulting, LLC, Robert was the Commander at U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa, 48th Fighter Wing.
